Junior Corporate Administrator
Job detailsOur client, a leading organisation providing corporate & trust services, business advisory, corporate support and compliance services, is recruiting a Corporate Services Junior Administrator to join their fast-growing corporate & trust services department.
Reporting to and assisting the Corporate Services Manager, the role is focused on the day-to-day support for corporate clients and liaising with the Group Directors and other departments within the group.
The main responsibilities will include:
Handling of corporate statutory requirements and filings.
Assisting the Manager, Corporate Services in client on-boarding, engagement and ongoing services.
Maintaining client statutory files and corporate documents.
Liaising with client, government authorities and private entities.
Updating and maintaining internal databases.
Qualifications / Experience
Previous experience in corporate and trust services.
Excellent command of English and working knowledge of Italian (other languages will be considered an asset).
A Level standard of education or similar.
Good team player and ability to work on own initiative.
Good command of Microsoft applications.
